Will you post a reveal of the book?
Yes! ✨ We reveal the exclusive cover and fore-edge design in the month before renewals—typically between the 13th and 20th. All reveals are shared behind a spoiler window, so you can choose whether or not to peek 🫣
Endpaper art and overlay designs will be teased (but not fully revealed), so there’s still a magical surprise waiting when your box arrives.
For example: March’s theme is announced on February 1st, the cover reveal will then take place around February 13–20, with renewals opening on March 1st.
What genre of books does EverHeart feature?
Adult romantasy books featuring both romance and fantasy elements—from low fantasy with subtle magic in familiar settings to high fantasy set in richly built magical worlds. We may also occasionally include dystopian or paranormal romance picks when they fit our brand and vibe. No matter the selection, you can always expect strong plots and swoony romance. 🥀🗡️
Are EverHeart's books spicy?
Most of our book picks will include spice, though some will be slower burns than others—patience may be required 😉
What features do EverHeart editions have?
Each EverHeart edition features a stunning redesigned naked hardcover with special details like foiling or spot UV, breathtaking digitally designed edges, immersive endpaper art, and dreamy overlays—and every book will be signed by the author! We also include custom-designed tip-in pages, chapter headers, and scene breaks in select editions 👀 You truly won’t want to miss what’s in store 💖
Will all EverHeart editions be signed?
Yes! All of our books will be signed using one of the following methods: hand-signed tip-in pages (signed sheets bound into the book), signed bookplates, or a digital signature. We’ll always specify the signing method in the cover reveal post on social media, and whenever possible, we aim to include a hand-signed tip-in page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re a UK-based business 🏴, but we ship to almost every country worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location. As we continue to grow and ship more boxes, our shipping rates will drop — and we’ll always pass those savings on to you 💖 Please see some of our estimated shipping rates here.
How can I skip a month?
You can skip up to 4 boxes per each 12 month period, from the time that you join. If you skip more than 4, your subscription may be cancelled, and you’ll need to rejoin the waitlist to subscribe again.
To skip a month:
- Log in to your EverHeart account.
- Go to your Customer Portal page.
- Under your billing schedule, click “Skip” for the month you’d like to skip.
That’s it — you’ll automatically be skipped for that month and won’t be charged until your next scheduled renewal ✨

When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the 1st day of every month.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We’ll be so sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription anytime through your Customer Portal.
To cancel:
- Log in to your EverHeart account.
- Go to your Customer Portal page.
- Under your active subscription, click “Cancel Subscription”
Please note:
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- You’ll have until the last day of the month to resubscribe using the Resubscribe button in your Customer Portal.
- After that, your account will close and you’ll need to rejoin the waitlist to subscribe again.
We completely understand if you need a break, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! 🌙💫
When will I get my order?
We aim to have all books shipped before the end of the month. For example, April's box should be shipped before the 30th of April.
However, we are still perfecting our timelines, but in the future we will aim to have your boxes shipped out even earlier so they arrive before the end of the month.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Refunds and cancellations
Because we order books specially for our subscribers we can’t offer refunds if you change your mind.
But don’t worry! If a book or item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right with a replacement or fix. Every box is carefully curated with you in mind, and we can’t wait for you to see what’s inside! 💖

Do you ship internationally?

We’re also working on adding more countries to our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery, which means you pay all customs and fees upfront—no surprises at your door! Our shipping rates page will be updated as we add more countries.

Refunds and cancellations
Because we order books specially for our subscribers we can’t offer refunds or cancellations if you change your mind.

How can i change my address
You can change your address in your customer portal, but please note that this does not change the address of any already processed orders.
