We allow you to skip 4 boxes per 12 month period from when you join. If you skip more than 4 times your subscription may be cancelled and you will have to rejoin the waitlist to resubscribe.
This helps keep things fair for everyone, since our spots are very limited and the waitlist is growing. Use your skips wisely so you don’t miss out on the magic! ✨
How to Skip a Box
Log into your account, click on your profile and then select the 'Customer Portal Page' from the menu at the top.
Select the 'Edit Subscription' button.
you’ll see a list of your scheduled payments for the next six months. Click 'Skip Payment' under the month you wish to skip.
